CRA CKLEE’ EFFECT

• • Type of substrate and preparation:
    • Any type of veneer or solid wood / MDF.
    • Preparation with NC, Polyurethane or PE sealer. Sanding.

   

  • Application of the “base for Cra-ckleè effect”.
    • Converter for Gammasat or Gammagloss coloured as required following our Tintometric System.
    • Application by spray reduced 40-50% with LZD010 – 120-140 gr/sq.mt.

   

  • Application of “Cra-ckleè effect”. After 6-12 hours, without sending.
    • LTT400 LAKREN TRANSPARENT coloured as required following our Tintometric System.
    • Application by spray reduced 50% with LZD083 + 10% LZD010 Retardant Thinner if required.
    • Adjust quantity and viscosity and wetting of substrate in order to reach the desired effect. Modify the thinner rate and opening of nozle.
      • Too much product and well wet: big cracks.
      • Few product and few wet: small cracks.

   

  • Finally overspray with transparent to protect the result after 4-6 hours without sanding:
    • Any transarent top coat, both matt or glossy can be used: NC, polyurethane or acrilyc two components.

It’s possible to apply one patina (LAT or LAS series) before the final transparent protection in order to give a old fashion  and deep looking.
